Well I guess I'm having a completely different experience. The place was completely spotless when we moved in... Our washer was old and the transmission was going out (I didn't even know washers had transmissions) and they promptly gave us a brand new washer... The management has always been incredibly nice. Especially Regina. She's a sweetie. There's plenty of visitor parking and for only 25 dollars extra a month you can get your own reserved covered parking spot in addition to the one that comes with the apartment for free... I've been living there for awhile now and love it :-)
