Despite the fact that the community is located less than a mile from the Sea-Tac airport runways, you can barely hear the sound of planes over the noise of the other residents. Quiet hours are not enforced and the hired security service does not respond to complaints about noisy activity at night.
Each apartment has one reserved parking spot and can choose to pay for an additional covered spot, however there are only a handful of visitor spots so resident spaces are continuously being taken by guests...the management doesn't enforce their parking policy and the security service response is ineffective.
It took nearly a month to get the management to respond to a broken major appliance and then it was replaced with an old unit that was only marginally functional.
The apartment is very drafty causing exceedingly high energy bills in the winter.

The complex looks good but thats deceiving-can hear neighbors breath. They they raise rent but never answer to making repairs-no heat bed room dining room window rotting out-ceiling peeling off from upper unit water leak-tolit leakin."Discovery Landing" approprite, planes so close and loud someday they will discover a landing here.
