They do not keep accurate records-Thank god I do. They have sold the property 3 times since I moved in-Never been late with rent. Tried to chg me this $250 for covered parking that I do not have. Very bad about making repairs-ceiling peeling off from water leaking from pipes in ceiling. A tree fell thru my building from storm months ago they covered the hole with plastic. When you ask them to help with a problem they become indignant and rude. I have started packing and searching for a new development, hopefully with management that cares. I could write a list a mile long of the things that do not work in my apt but it would not help the only choice I have is to move....you have another do not rent from discovery landing.
