I am not a resident, though I have visited their office twice trying to rent a unit. Bad experience... At my first vist it was okay. They said there's a nice unit that meets my criteria... larger 1BR/1BA (736 sq. ft.), not on the ground floor. $915/month. The next time I visited them, they said the unit they offered to me is NOT a large one (in fact, it was smaller, 577 sq. ft.one). Then, they said that they have the matching unit on the ground floor - although I specifically told them that I do NOT prefer ground floor units. I'm glad that I visited them the second time BEFORE signing the application, given to me at my first visit. In addition, they were very rude - they were talking really loud above my head among themselves even after they have invited me in their office, ignoring me for loooong time. If they can't pay respect to the prospective tenant, what will happen once I live there'
