Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2008
A car ran into our kitchen, it took them 3 months to repair it (still didnt finish the job) They cannot get general contractors to fix it because they dont pay bills. They have health and safety violations left and right, rats, mold, etc. State law says that they have to paint and clean carpet, so why are they charging us for it' 100 for paint, 150 for cleaning' outrageous. Never again would i reccommend this place! Office has avoided actually talking with us, they are "too busy" to deal with their problems.
