I lived there for six months. All of my arrangements were made 1 month in advance. I was told I was moving into a totally renovated, updated apartment. When moving day came (I had movers behind me, which I was paying $85.00 an hour). I was told my apartment was not ready yet and asked if I could delay moving for three days. No I could not. Then they moved me into a dirty apartment, which the previous tenant had a dog. Then they charged me $1,000.00 for the rug when I left. My boyfriend had his maid clean the apartment, and we had to pay her. Waited for the apartment manager to send their rug cleaners--never did. I tried to get them to fix my fridge that was leaking water constantly, ruining all of my fruits and vegetables constantly. Also a light in the bathroom that needed changing, I requested numerous of times, they never changed it.
Also they never set up my energy account and paid it theirselves for two months, because noone ever set it up. Then they set up the account for the wrong unit. By the time I got my bill--it was over $500.. I am in the process of getting this resolved. I would NEVER, NEVER rent with these guys again and NEVER, NEVER would tell anyone else to. They also say they only dogs under 25 pounds, there were several that were much more than 25 pounds.
