It's not pretty, it's not big, but it's a roof over my head and it's extremely cheap rent. The manager is on site and is quick to respond to any issues. The roof is leaking out in the hallways and some of the tenants are less than desirable, but I've never had a problem with them. They are all studios and are fairly cramped unless you don't have a lot of stuff. There's no counter space but I made my own pantry and have it low to the ground so i can use the top for that. The only noises you hear are from the street but that's only if you keep your window open. All and all it's not so bad if you want something cheap and you get your money's worth.
