It is a most discusting place you can ever imagine living at,its right by highschool,cars running by your windows all the time,manegers are not taking proper care of the place and for this kind of service price is just too high,So,from somebody thatwasted her money living there--telling you people ,dont even think of renting it-it is nort worth it at all.

I am G. Brice Martin, owner of Martin Properties. We manage the Princess Anne. In the last year the owner has invested $250,000 in repairs and upgrades in this property. We fired the previous on-site manager. The new manager is first rate. I invite anyone considering the Princess Anne to call me at 206-632-2894. Please consider the possibility that the poster of the negative report just might have an axe to grind.

Yes, and then they fired the good manager and replaced her with someone who knows nothing about managing a property. The "repairs and upgrades" I was told about when I moved in were the roof being fixed and the pool being cleaned up. I don't know about the roof but the pool is gross.
