Nice older community, close to everything

***UPDATE*** 9/29/08
Upper management have recently decided to change the onsite management team. Residents are deeply disturbed by this as the current managers to an excellent job. I will edit this or write a new review once we find out what the new onsite managers are like and in the meantime I would suggest using caution when considering renting at Princess Anne Apartments.

We've only been living at Princess Anne Apartments for a month but so far we love it. Management is great, they really care about the tenants and building maintenance. There is a real community feel and group bbq's by the newly renovated swimming pool are a regular event.
The apartments are older but have nice big windows giving them an open feel. Neighbors are generally quiet but friendly. Parking is assigned with separate visitor parking so there's no problems coming home on a Saturday night and not being able to find a park.
This community is close to Downtown Burien, public transport and freeway access. If you don't mind a bit of noise from traffic and the high school next door, this place is definately worth checking out.
