First off, I have had the unfortunate event of living here for several years. Now I am moving with the money I have managed to save.

This complex, when they do tend to get proper Management always seem to fire them and bring in other bad characters. Of which, a few have had to have criminal charges pressed against them.

Secondly, they had the ultimate manager set, but just recently had them leave at the begining of October 2008. The first time I had actually seen things get done, which now the place once again looks like the Ghetto that it is.

Third, they have just recently raised the rents through the roof for the poor quality of the interior of the apartments and the speed at which things get fixed, I have been here again for 7 years and there is yet many things to be fixed in this apartment that I am leaving.

Fourth, if you take a close look you can see the building sliding off it's foundation and the building cracking apart as it slides to the West. Hence, all the structural problems and severe Mold problems are incurred. They simply paint over the walls to hide the mold instead of properly taking care of the problem. Within a month you have 2 - 3 feet of mold growing up all walls and cannot put anything withing a few feet of the walls unless you wish to loose your items, furniture etc.
Every plumber visit we have had, and that is too numerous to count has recommended the rotted floor to be replaced and the waterline was root bound.. neither of these were ever fixed either.

I live in this complex too and agree it has gone down hill, especially since a recent management change. The new chick knows nothing about property management and the place is really ghetto now. I will be moving out ASAP.

Strange that most of these comments are all anonymous...Sounds to me like a previous employee and/or favored residents may be bitter... I think she's doing a wonderful job! The owner picked up on the fact that the old management was not completing tasks and keeping very late hours... More things have been fixed since she has been here than in the last 2 years! She makes every effort to accommodate requests and cares a lot about the people here. Just because she does not party every night with the tenants or tolerate drug use like the old managers does not mean that she is not doing her job. The rest of us like the peace and quiet and she has brought a lot of positive change. I'm sure the residents that live that type of lifestyle will greatly miss the old managers, as for my kids and I, we prefer differently. Chick huh, she seems to be a responsible young lady to me who has taken care of many issues in the short time she has been here and everyone I speak to is happy, which is why nobody has moved out other than the trouble makers and drug addicts. She's trying to keep our homes safe!
