This place is getting run into the ground. Not maintained well and a bad neighborhood (unless you are into crack houses and hookers). People sleep in the parking lot and there is garbage everywhere. New management is increasing the rent to ridiculous prices.

The so-called manager has no idea what she is doing and is never in the office. When asked what she actually does she told us her job is only to collect rent checks, write receipts on the 6th of each month and call maintenance when tenants need work done.

The gardens and pool/bbq area used to be nice. Now the plants are dying, pool is filled with agae and bbq area is a disgrace. Check out the pics!

First of all, the plants are probably dying because it's really cold outside and it snowed almost a month ago, second, it's not even HOT enough to swim in the pool yet, third, if you don't like seeing garbage on the ground, then help pick it up! And fourth, if it's sooooooo bad, MOVE!!!!
