My family and I have lived here for over a year now and are very pleased with the positive changes that have been made. The resident management changed over about 6 months ago and everyone I have spoken with is happy with the progress that has been made.
The building is designed in such a way that it promotes social interaction if that is what you desire. It is a smaller community of 31 homes and they are built around the seasonal pool, which is where a lot of the residents gather in the warmer months for barbecues and to relax.
There is only one entrance/exit so it really does keep the traffic in the parking lot to a minimum and the staff is ready to help and address any issues that arise.
I feel that my children are safe hear and the location is convenient, right near the center of Burien. Compared to apartments in the area, Princess Anne would be one of my top choices if I was in the market and considering a new place to call home!
