I lived in a housing project growing up, and NEVER, NEVER was it even close to the terrible place Vintage Park Apartments(formerly Seahurst Village) is. The management here is a joke. They don't do squat about complaints. They don't screen people at all. There gunshots frequently; the police have told me this is the worst area in the south end of King County, I believe it. People are assaulted here on a regular basis.

The facilities are crappy. Parking is atrocious. Cars are broken into and stolen all the time. Kids here run wild. The "parents" don't parent at all...no wonder the kids turn out the way they do. The management tell you they have a security force....well, this is true, but they do nothing at all IF they even show up when you call, or should I say page them.

I would not wish this place on my worst enemy. It truly is a terrible place to live, with no real management.
