its worse than hell it self it should be shut down From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 5/7/2002 Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2002   I HAVE NEVER LIVED ANYWHERE WHERE THE RATS AND COCKROACHES ARE A EVERDAY THING THE MANAGERS OR OWNERS DONT CARE AS LONG AS THEY GET THERE RENT NOTHING IS MAINTAINED AND THE FEW DECENT PEOPLE THAT LIVE THERE ARE ACTUALLY PRISONERS IN THERE OWN HOMES SADLY THE PLACE COULD BE DECENT IF LAW ENFORCEMENT MADE THE PEOPLE WHO OWNED THEM TEAR THEM DOWN AND REBUILD MAYBE SECTION 8 SHOULD STOP FUNDING THIS SUGAR HILL DRUG LAB AND ACTUALLY HELP PEOPLE WHO WORK FOR A LIVING AND TAKE THE KIDS FROM THESE IRRESPONSIBLE SCREWED UP PARENTS GHETTO LIVING IS A LIFE STYLE NOT FINACIAL STATAUS.
