unless you are ------- american or hispanic, you must pay your rent by the 5th or face eviction - I was 4 days late and got an eviction notice, my neighbor didn't pay for 2 months and still lives there! My hispanic neighbor brags that her friend in the office would never evict her. So if you are white-- don't live here.
