I have lived here for years and I like the interior charm, I have been very happy here and will continue to live here the new manager has been very nice to me and my family. Don't let all the negative comments stop you. It also is really close to Seahurst beach.

I use to live at Vintage park apartments. I am so glad that I no longer live there. The place use to be nice, but with all the gang active and the manager a coward, its no place to live. The city of Burien should close it down, tear the buildings down and rebuild. Have less apartments, better screening to keep the gang members out. Put a better management team on the property, security 24/7, gated community, and you would have a nice place to live. And I lived there for 23 years, raised three children, and with the management and all the problems we left. We moved to a very nice apartment complex. Where the owners and management care about people. The crime rate is way down as they wont allow gang members to hang around. All I can say, any good people that are left at Vintage should pack up and leave. As the bad has taken over.
