Let me begin by saying that this place has an abundance of violence, gangs, drugs and much more.
I have never lived in this complex, but I know ALL about it. I know many kids that live in this apartment. They are so embarassed to be associated with this place because all the other kids know that whoever lives here is "poor".
Not only are they embarassed, but they are scared. They should be scared. It has 500 units!!!!! The fire department is there AT LEAST once a day and I have heard that they even run a police department out of one of the units. Oh, one more thing - firefighters are required to wear bullet proof vests when they enter the complex because of the dangers.
I have been there - the place has MOLD. I felt it in my lungs within the first 5 minutes that I was there. FEMA is paying for hurricane Katrina victims to live there for one year. This means that there are a lot of ------- Americans who have been through a lot, uprooted from there homes and are now living in a death trap. They aren't happy. There are also a lot of --------- who are living in America illegally. Some of these people are in gangs. These two combinations just don't mix - there is a lot of violence between these two groups.
I'm writing this review for the children who unfortunately have to live there. You freaks who own this place should be ashamed of yourselves. I pray every night that those children will learn something from having to live in that dump. I hope they learn that this is temporary for them and that they will never have to live this way as long as they work hard in school.

I think you should grow up and stop being racist. I think any color together is a great mix. And what is this about you praying? You better pray that God helps you get over your internal problems FIRST then PRAY!

Hi there,
Have you ever heard of the working poor? There are some people who worked very hard in school, are college educated, caucasian (not that race matters) and they still live below the County poverty line. I pray that God saves you from your ignorance.
