When you walk into the rental office, it looks so elegant and clean, very proper. When they show you the model apartment that's what it is, a model. It is right by beautiful seahurst beach and nice neighborhoods and there were a lot of families, so I decided to take it. When I moved in, there were no blinds in the kitchen window, then I put in a work order for one and no one ever showed up. I had to buy my own because I didn't want a bare window. This was 3 months ago. The weekend that I moved in, the gas wasn't set up so I notified the office, they told me that they couldn't get anyone from PSE to come down because it was the weekend. Luckily it was summertime so I could go without heat for a couple of days. Their customer service is horrible and thats really dissapointing for a person who is in customer service. Their parking is terrible. Reserved spaces are an extra $40 a month. Maintenance never comes when they are supposed to. They have security but it doesn't do any good, my apartment was broken into yesterday and no one saw a thing. The sheriff said that these apartments are crap. A few weeks earlier there was a stabbing in the building next door. Cars are being broken into and stolen. He also stated that these apartments were known for not changing the locks after a tenant moves out, so if they still have keys, you are pretty much screwed. That could of been my incident. It really sucks there and I realized it way too late. Do not rent there. I will be getting out of there ASAP. As tempting as it is, please do not rent at Vintage Park!
