Yes this place isn't the best of place to live. Its not Sunset View or anything close to it. The rent is cheap, the security is out here every night to make sure all is well with the neighborhood and I'm glad that they are here. If you neighbor is making alot of noice call security and they will be there to take care of it. I've had no problems with them at all. The management has changed hands and I see positive changes taking place. It takes time to get the bad elements out of a setting like this, and clean this place up. The office staff that is working there nice are great women, very professional and try to make what ever needs to be done, get done. The maintenance are a little slow, but this is a 500 unit complex. And only a dozen maintenance workers. They do what they can as fast as they can. It does usually take 24 hours for them to get to you, but they do eventually get there. They are being on more to the maintenance staff so that should help out more.
