Like i stated in a responce this was absolutely the worse place i have ever lived since I moved here from detroit. The pet policy is not enforced for everyone, the parking is worse then in downtown seattle, and the apartments are falling apart. Since the rennovation they want you to think the apartments are now on par with other places, however they are 80's styled apartments that are still breaking down at overinflated prices. My first week there my car was broken into and i called the security who called me back a week later. The police who responded told me when my lease was up to get the heck out. The people who broke into my car were living in the car parked next to my apartment and it took 3 weeks for the complex to finally tow the car out of the complex evan with bad plates.
