If you like dirty, noisy apartments that continue to get worse, this is the place for you. There is always garbage and shopping carts around. You will ber woken up several times a week from crazy loud neighbors. Don't trust the cameras. Most of them have been stolen. Don't trust the secured entrace. It doesn't work either. May look nice but what until Saturday morning when someone has bled in the stairwell or peed in the elevator.
