Quiet

Years at this apartment: 1999 - 2002
 
In the three years I lived there, it was very quiet & well kept...management did a great job with security, the upkeep of the pool, and landscaping. I think they could've used a better maintenance person (I don't think he knew what he was doing). The rent increase wasn't so bad, my suggestion is to sign a lease.
