I lived there for four years. In that four years not only did I have to endure idiot neighbors who were loud and obnoxious and liked to throw 30 person parties in their two bedroom apartment, I had to live in the disgusting filth-holes that the management calls apartments. Soon after moving in, mold began to grow in ALL of the corners of the apartment, their solution' don't put anything in front of the walls. hey, thanks genius, i'll try that! i'll just move everything i own right to the middle of every room, problem solved, why didn't i think of that'! After this, it was realized that there was also mold left over from whenever the previous tenant lived in it, it was just simply painted over as to hide it. In the four years that I lived there NOTHING was done about the mold, it wasn't even taken into consideration despite numerous complaints of it making me physically sick. outside of the kitchen on one of the walls close to the carpet, a hole had rotted in the drywall and proceeded to turn the surrounding carpet a disgusting black color. Was anything done about it' Wanna take a guess' Of course not. Woodcrest did nothing about it, and probably still hasn't even though there are new tenants living in the apartment. This place is horrible and needs to be condemned if you ask me. The apartment I lived in was not the only one with the mold problem either, several of my neighbors reported the same problems, and woodcrest either did nothing about it, or painted over the mold. Sound like somewhere you'd want to live' Didn't think so.
