It is sad to see the small number of reviews posted on this property. I guess people are just too lazy. I will begin by telling you to stay away from the pool. Not only it is tiny for the number of tenants in the property but sometimes you don't know if its water or split pee soup. The parking is very limited, you only get one unless you pay for covered parking. So if you have a girl/boyfriend he/she will have to park on the street. The parking lot area has very little lighting. Although there are plenty of lamps only 50% of them work. I reported the issue several times but eventually gave up. The paint is pealing everywhere and the laundry room is disgusting. The maintenance guy was great but they replaced him for a sorry one. The only thing you see him doing is smoking with the manager on the office balcony. Trash overflows the dumpsters at times and nothing gets done about it. The worst issue is the area is theft. Cars get broken into or stolen on a weakly basis and nothing gets done about it. You report it to the management office hoping for a solution but they just don't give a ----. No surveillance, security or even controlled access. I would definitely stay away. Hope this helps you make the right choice.

This review is inaccurate. It is a small property in terms of square footage so there literally isn't any extra space to give more than one parking space per apartment and this is the norm for most properties. The lamps have been replaced - bulbs will burn out but we do depend on our residents to let us know when they are since I and the maintenance person do not live here, although we do live close by. Unfortunately, we aren't the police so we can't police the resident's personal property, this is also the norm. However, having a car alarm helps greatly. Hopefully, anybody reading this should know that this was written a few months ago and as it is anonymous it was probably written by someone who left the property on bad terms.
