Discovery Landing (formerly Holly Ridge Apartments) 22% Recommended Apr 14 2008: A car ran into our kitchen, it took them 3 months to repair it (still didnt finish the job) They cannot get general contractors to fix it because they dont pay bills. They have health and safety violations left and Vintage Park Apartments (formerly Seahurst Village) 17% Recommended Mar 26 2008: This is the worst place I have ever lived. I recently moved from Alaska with a large dog so we choose this place. The first weekend I lived there someone was stabbed in the apartment across the way. During my Discovery Landing (formerly Holly Ridge Apartments) 22% Recommended Mar 26 2008: I am not a resident, though I have visited their office twice trying to rent a unit. Bad experience... At my first vist it was okay. They said there's a nice unit that meets my criteria... larger 1BR/1BA (736 sq. Maple Pointe 100% Recommended Mar 19 2008: Great location, close to shopping area and freeway access. Close to the airport as well. Apartment management is always nice and ready to assist me. High school is just right there if you have teenagers. I also enjoy working out Vintage Park Apartments (formerly Seahurst Village) 17% Recommended Oct 25 2007: Yes this place isn't the best of place to live. Its not Sunset View or anything close to it.
