Creepy Maintenance Worker Be warned that the apartments are near the SeaTac airport runways so you will hear alot of landing and takeoffs from commercial jets.
Parking is assigned but people randomly seem to park in your spot which is an annoyance.

This Place is horrible I would NEVER reccomend these apartments to anyone. They are Cheaply Remodled. The Management is HORRIBLE. They dont care about their Residents. We Have lived here for 4 montsh and our car has been broken into 2 times. If thinking about moving in here DONT!!!!
