3rd Ave Apts are nice, clean and quiet. I've lived here almost 2 years and love it. The apt has an open floor plan that gives lots of space -- I think they are over 950 sq ft! You can hear a bit of your neighbors, but it is minimal & average. My apt has a view of the Washougal River from the patio. There is a garage and washer/dryer included with the rent. The apts aren't that old, so everything is in good condition.

It is a small complex so it is quiet most of the time. Anyone who is loud and noisy seems to be removed pretty quick.
