ON LINE WEB SITE LIST MONTHLY PAYMENT ...BUT...AT THE OFFICE, SIGNYING ON A NEW LEASE,NEW TENANT, YOU ARE BAIT AND SWITHCED..A $100 MORE THAN WHAT THEY ADVISTISE..BE UP ON YOUR TENANT RIGHTS LAWS, AND REALY STATE LAWS.

I will agree that the web site does mislead people. But I have lived here two years now and find it to be very affordable and the manager, Jim, is extremely friendly and responsive to needs and requests.
