Nice and quiet - I've lived here for almost four years and have never had a problem that wasn't fixed in a timely manner. Its always clean here and the manager is usually available to help out. Great Deal! I just realized what a great layout these apartments have after looking for hours and hours on the internet. You can t beat the price, given the apartments include a pantry, in unit washer and dryer, and garage. Parking can be a bit snug at times, however.

Great place to live! 3rd Ave Apts are nice, clean and quiet. I've lived here almost 2 years and love it. The apt has an open floor plan that gives lots of space -- I think they are over 950 sq ft! You can hear a bit of your neighbors, but it is minimal & average. My apt has a view
