I lived here for a year, the apartments were nice and for the most part the community was quiet. The management company however was impossible to work with. The attempted to bill for normal wear and tear in the apartment when we moved out. They came up with upwards of $1000 worth of damage they claim we did, either, this was things like dust and pin holes in the walls. They were totally unreasonable and in my opinion evil. Like I said, the place was nice, but in the end I don't think worth the hassle and stress. Most people I have talked to also say they were charged excessively upon moving out.
