I lived there for a year and hated it! I moved to Rock Springs and it was great until Cheney Realty Management, whatever they are called, took over. In 800 West One, we had a constant mold problem. In the winter our door would swell and we couldn't even open it up. They tried charging us an insane amount on move out, so we sued them and won every cent of our deposit back. It was well worth missing a day of classes to sue them, and to win! They are scandalous.
