Walking distance to campus and next to bus stops for my job in spokane. Not the newest but can't beat the price. Very clean and two onsite managers helps. Local landlord, unlike other places where your landlord lives in california, so they keep up on things. Management company ownes most of the town it seems. Lived here for two years, and worked out quite nice. Even after two years recieved most my deposit back.
