Lived here for about 2 years.
The staff is real friendly and nice when you are moving in and jerks when you are moving out.
They charge late fees for bills they have not sent you.
They misrepresent their units.
Flat out lie about them being cleaned (bad urine smell in the bath room and toe nails found when we moved in).
They are trying to charge us for damage we did not do (waiting over 4 weeks for an email on that).
Maintenance reliably comes to fix things 1 to 90 days after you ask them to.
They also actually fix things about 50% of the time.
Fumes from a remodel forced us to leave our apartment on one occasion.
Phone calls are rarely returned.
The trash area stinks and is almost never cleaned.
Most of the windows were painted shut when we moved in.
We rented here because we had little time to find a place.
Knowing what I know now I think if I had to do it over again I would sleep in my car or a card board box.
Cheney Real estate has all the appeal of a root canal.
Don't rent from them unless all the tent spaces are filled.
They lie, they about as helpful as a hot wind in a wild fire when you need help or are moving out.
DO NOT RENT FROM THESE PEOPLE
