I don't know why people have had so many problems here. This will be my second year living here and I couldn't imagine living any where else in Cheney. Management is extremely nice and helpful. Yes, parking can be bad but if that is your only complaint than you could be a lot worse off. I have never had a noise problem. As for the price, maybe it is becuase I am from the west side but they are very affordable.
