The parking there is horrible. Absolutely no guest parking and at times you have to park about 2 blocks away from your own apartment. If a guest parks there, they get towed and the nearest parking spot is on a street that has already another apartment complex on it so parking can be dismal there too. That street is anywhere from 1-4 blocks away, depending on what apartment building you live in.

Forget dogs, they aren't even allowed on the property. Cats cost 450$ NON-refundable. That is rediculous. For the price, all they offer is a poor workout area, and a racquet ball court. No pool, hottub, sauna, nothing. If you live on the first floor, like my friends did, you could hear every time a toliet flushed.

Don't go over 5mph! 20$ fine
Don't get caught throwing an ash butt on the sidewalk! 20$ fine
Don't throw boxes in the dumpster! 20$ fine
Don't play basic computer speakers (No bass, just 2 plain old computer speakers) too loud or you'll get warnings.

Apartments were barely finished and still had signs of wood shavings and carpet sticking up when i moved in.

For the price, it wasn't worth it.

Why would you want to throw a cigarette butt on the ground? Why would you want to drive fast in an apt. complex? Why would another tenant want to listen to YOUR music? What is so hard about a big strong college student breaking down a box to throw away? Geez, welcome to the real world of Grownups!!

As the person prior to myself said, those fines are 100% reasonable. There is generally a $500 dollar fine for littering cigarette butts in Washington state. Be thankful you only get fined $20 at Boulder Apts.
