Parking is ridiculous!! They don't plow in the winter. If you have a car you're screwed. I couldn't even get into the apartment complex. I had to park at the local Taco Bell because they didn't plow for two days. The walls are paper thin. You can hear your neightbors walking, using the bathroom, taking a shower, doing laundry. They tow cars like crazy!! They rip you off for how much you pay for rent. I would definitly suggest Barrington. Same owners, but more put together better parking and WAY better management!! He works really well with his tenants there. Also when you call to complain the people act mad because you call them late at night and they ask you to go tell the people to turn there music down or whatever they are doing. ISN"T THAT THEIR JOB' When there is construction its done early in the morning. Unless its plowing, then its not done until late afternoon when you need to go to work in the morning. They just built these apartments way to fast. Also, they love to fine you. 50 bucks if you put your trash outside your door. They will look through your trash to see who's it is if left next to the trash. They are really strict. GOODLUCK IF YOU JUST SIGNED YOUR LEASE!!

Boo Hoo Hoo! Poor little you. Obviously you were aware of all of the parking rules when you moved in. I have been here going on 1 1/2 years and find Lori to be very helpful. My room-mates and I do hear the occasional noise, but so what, It IS a College town. I'm sure you have never made any of the noises you are talking about. I guess it is Boulder's fault that it has snowed alot this year? Gee, maybe they can make it go away if enough of us complain about it!

Gees this anonymous person must not live in the same apartment building as most tenants here!! Its easy to judge when you manage the apartments and don't live in them. I have nothing against Lori. I see her trying to help out a lot, but I just really agree that when it snows the complex should get plowed that day not three days later. I come from a real estate family and that stuff needs to get done. If she failed thats where. The apartments fetting built so fast has nothing to do with her. These are crappy aparments and if you live in them then you know what I mean. Whoever wrote that comment you must be in lala land or stuck kissing Lori's butt or you might even be lori herself. I don't know, but either way it is a COLLEGE TOWN, but thats the point COLLEGE not HIGH SCHOOL!!!! There's no excuse!!
