I have never been in an apartment complex so atrociously built as Boulder Apartments in Cheney, WA. It is completely my fault for signing the lease without doing proper research. This is not a complaint but a very STRONG WARNING to NOT LIVE AT BOULDER APARTMENTS in Cheney, WA. I thought there must be a 300 pound man living in the apt above me but it turns out its a 115 pound girl and I can hear her every move. I can hear when she is going to the bathroom, talking, closing drawers, turning on the faucet, watching t.v.,doing laundry, and simply WALKING!! I warn anyone who is thinking of leaving here. If you want peace and quiet, and just an ounce of privacy DO NOT LIVE HERE!!
