Living here is not quiet. Paper thin walls, hear everything the neighbors are doing. Management doesn't care, just making a free buck. The parking stinks, never a parking spot. Too bad no one ever follows the rules. I think the lease should be updated and everyone should follow the rules, and if not then take the rules out.
And you shouldn't have to go and tell the neighbors to be quiet at wee hours in the morning. Quiet time starts at 10:00 not 3 a.m. The music should not be loud either.
