I have been living at Boulder Apartments for about a year and a half and so far it has been great. The management has been great and they were very quick to repair anything that needed it (which were only a few ware-and-tear kind of issues). I love the fact that they kept up with towing cars w/out permits. There have been numerous times where I would get home and see a few cars w/out permits and that evening the toe truck was in the lot. We pay a lot of money for these apartments and deserve appropriate parking. It has truly been a pleasure to live at Boulder

5 minute walk to Safeway. Next to park. Super cool landlord, Bob. Toilets and sinks work. Weightroom = not busy. Racquetball court!!!!!! Need I say more?? Dishwasher washer & dryer in each apartment. Enough room to fit a pool table nicely!
