THIS IS REALLY A GREAT PLACE TO LIVE. Its not far from school. Its not expensive. Its really convenient. The management is GREAT. They help you whenever you need the help. They are really nice to you. You only have to pay your electric bill. Its only $685.00 for a 2 bedroom apartment. You can find parking at anytime. Its really not noisy. Boulders Apartments in Cheney, Washington is just a GREAT PLACE.
