Well first off it's quite a coincidence that all the positive reviews are anonymous and involve the description "great" and "friendly" management.Oh sure the apartments are newer and fairly large, but that doesn't cover the fact that they are made so cheaply.I've seen better quality carpet for sale at the dollar tree than the carpet installed here. The appliances are loud especially the washer and dryer, which sometimes sounds like an earthquake is happening.The noise is horrible, especially since the walls are paper-thin and you can hear your neighbors literally getting their freak on. So now comes to the best part...the most useless manger ever, lori. She plays favorites and acts completely fake to get her way. I really don't know what she does besides eating mcdonalds DAILY. She is so lazy she has to use a golf cart to drive to an apartment building that is less than 20 feet away...you got to be kidding me''Also she'll try to ripp you off when you move out, so watch out. Don't let them screw you over. Fortunately they have been reported many times to the Housing Authority in Spokane, and Lori will be bye bye if she doesn't get her act together, because they're watching.If you skipped reading everything READ THIS...DO NOT MOVE HERE...THIS PLACE IS FALLING APART...AND THE MANAGER IS VERY RUDE. lGjq8RUBjvsZjkb5ueji

We have a new manager who is very caring, laid back, and peaceful. Bob is my homey. The end.

Bob WAS our new manager for awhile...but then he left to get married and Lori came back. I miss Bob, because yes, he was very nice and tried very hard to please everyone...but Lori is another story altogether. She is rude, picky and lazy. She cares more about petty things like stray cats and cigarette butts than the overcrowded parking lot full of non-tenant cars. (which becomes a HUGE problem during the school year)
