Not bad, but expensive alone

Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005
 
Overall, not a bad place to be. The view over the pool was great, but it took them over 2 years to get a new heater for it. Of course, it was working 3 days before I moved. The old managers were okay, but for unkown reasons, they had to be "let go." The new ones seem okay, though.
