Quite a walk from campus. If you have anything more than a compact, I wouldn't advise living here because the parking on the west side of the complex is VERY tight. You are assigned two parking spots (with the studio at least) and people are always taking ours. I can constantly hear the neighbors music around 9 in the morning and my neighbor complains about mine even though it's never really loud (save the afternoon on rare occasions). My roommate and I are finding signs of poor construction everwhere: falling trimming and tiles, bathtub always backing up, water leaks, chipping walls, etc. The carpeting is nonexistent and it looks like they hired blind painters. The managers have complained to us about the most mundain things. We were written a notice of unsightliness for hanging 1 garbage bag from our door handle that they could see through the glass door. Laundry is EXPENSIVE. I have to take it to the laudromat or take it home to wash it. The pool is never warmer than 60 degrees and the weight room is useless. Rent isn't bad at all though, and everything else (if there is) is pretty easy going. The appliances all work pretty well (with the exception of our backwards fridgerator door). The saunas are fantastic though, and you can always find a place to store things, especially with the downstairs storage.
