We've lived in a 1-bedroom, 1 bathroom for almost a year. Overall, it's a pretty good apt. The laundry facilities are fine and relatively cheap. We have had noise problems with our neighbors. The sidewalk was never shoveled in the winter. The open parking is very limited. We enjoyed being near a playset and the swimmming pool was enjoyable in the summer.
