The management here is so poor. They are supposed to give you, by law, 48 hours notice before entering apartments. There were NUMEROUS amounts of times when they did not even GIVE notice within 12 hours of entering. The management is not very flexible. We were told that they cleaned the apartment inside out and shampooed the carpets. The carpets REAKED of cat urine, so obviously they were not cleaned. We found a woman's dirty thong in the closet, and a lot of dirt inside the drawers of the kitchen. The condition of the apartment when we moved in was absolutely disgusting. When we confronted the managers, they shrugged us off and basically called us liars. The parking lots were not plowed until we got the REALLY big snow storm, and by then there was 8 inches of pure ice underneath the snow so it didn't help much. When we move out, we plan on shampooing the carpets and cleaning the apartment so that the next people won't have such horrible conditions to move into.
