The managment here is terrible! The don't care about the people that live there. This place is trashy. This is the ghetto of Cheney! For the year that I lived there they went through 3 managers.I spent the whole first day of move in cleaning my apartment. When I moved out they charged me a carpet cleaning fee even though they clearly hadn't cleaned the carpets before I moved in. There was cat hair everywhere, even in the fridge! I came back from Christmas break and I had no where to park and had to dig my way to my apartment. They waited over a month to get the snow off of the roofs (over 5 feet), and only did it then because there was major water damage in multiple apartments. When I moved out I found huge amounts of black mold on my closet wall due to the water damage from the winter (6 months prior) and was told to clean it up the best I could and they would paint over it even though the sheet rock was falling apart. They charge Bottom line...they are cheap and don't care about the condition of the apartment complex.
