My wife moved in there as a studend looking for off campus housing and was promised the world and they were nice and kind and as soon as the lease was signed the problems began.
1. first there was no valid checklist made as to the condition of the apt.

2. the carpet was stained and filthy when she moved in and was told that he was not going to replace it till after she moved out due to my wife haveing a cat.

3. garbage detail on opposite side of complex not at all convienent.

4. rude management that would yell or threaten tenents not only my wife but also witnessed them do it to others

5. can't get ahold of management to fix problems with the apt.

6. after the big snow storm there was a steady stream of water coming from the light fixture in the hallway directly below my wife's room and when we told management about it and wrote letters of complaint because of the mold that was begining to form in her carpet and up the wall not only was it not fixed but the landlord blamed her cat saying he was peeing on the floor and up the wall and that caused the mold!

7. My wife has severe allergies to mold on top of it's already detromental effects to health and due to this was unable to continue living there because they refused to do anything about it. when she decided she needed to move and told the landlord he would not allow her to break lease or to sublease it so we ended up paying for a whole years lease at a vacant apt.

8. upon the experation of her lease they tried to charge us and additional $628 above the $900 deposit we already paid for new carpeting when it was used and stained when she moved in. as well as they are trying to charge us for NON-REFUNDABLE pet deposit fees that untill this point there is nothing in the lease about non refundable. Then when we confront them about it we get ignored again our letters and phone calles dissappear and the $628 is sent to collections!

9. I am taking them to court for the dispute and false charges and damages to my wife's credit rating because of this TRUST US we are a good christian family with two children and a third on the way DO NOT MOVE IN HERE!
