My fiance and I have lived here for three years now, and we're moving because our programs are in Spokane and we just need a change. It's kind of sad to leave, everything is pretty great. Never had problems with maintanence or staff, the manager and her husband are so sweet and caring. The parking kind of sucks, if you get home past 8 or 9, you'll park on the street. Noise can be a problem, but they are usually pretty on top of it!
