Rock Springs is seriously the WORST apartment I have ever lived in!!!
And I have lived in many throughout my life. The management just plain SUCKS! They do NOT take care of the things that need to be fixed. They are not understanding to late rent. If you do not want to talk to your landlord, tough luck with getting in touch with the manager of Rock Springs. I almost thought that the guy did not even exist! That's how hard it is to get a hold of him. The secretary at the main office WON'T take messages either! She automatically gives u his email as if it were her business card! She claims it is the easiest way to get in touch with him... that's hysterical! Living at Rock Springs was a very horrible experience!
THE MANAGEMENT IS EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL!! DO NOT MOVE IN OR MOVE OUT ASAP!!!!!
