Years at this apartment: 2008 - 2009
 
Lived in the Grove for the first year it was open (2008-2009). The construction of the place is horrible and the management sucks! You can hear every little noise because the walls are really thin. The rent decent BUT they can charge you for the littlest things without any notice or warnings. I recommend you live in Boulder Apartments or Rock Springs where they have a much better management and facility.
