I have lived here for almost two years, the apartments are in very bad shape. The walls constantly creak(loudly) whenever anyone moves around, even if their in a far off unit. The walls do not have any sound proofing. My impression is when this place was first built they cut every corner possible, and from then on out they have been trying to put a band aid on an heart attack. ALL UNITS have a mold problem, management has admitted this and knows that a proper solution would be to fix the ventilation problems that apparently are too costly. Instead they blame the tenants by telling them they should have their fans and heat on at all times.

I have learned to deal with the sub par conditions, but recently the new management has made living hear borderline unbearable. The landlord is a very disturbing person, I could only describe her as someone that has way too much free time and fills it with insidious behavior towards the tenants. If I was not already established I would not even consider living here, I am considering at this point to move out.
